Struggling to get another offer via Shopify Capital?

Hi I’ve paid off 4 shopify capital loans and I’ve been waiting for an offer for over 2 months now, normally I get an offer as soon as it hits 85%

I haven’t gotten an offer for capital since 2019z it’s making me want to switch over. I don’t understand why when I make more money then I did when I was first offered it

YES! I have 11 of them. Last one is in February and have not been offered another since. SO frustrating.

Seriously!!! I’ve given up I have. I don’t no why I haven’t been accepted. I’ve had 4 already could do with another but I’m gunna leave it alone now

I paid 3 off in full and received another offer that I accepted, and then they turned me down!  That was 3 years ago and I haven't received another one yet.

I just went back and looked and I have had them 2018. Nothing since Nov 2022. I even chatted with someone recently and they said, an offer is coming "stay positive." Sounds like they are not giving them since the whole banking debacle.

I honestly don’t think they are giving them out as freely as they use too! I’ve spoken to a few people who have said the same. Yes the person I spoke to said they would review me asap and send offers that was months ago lol

Yes, they suddenly made me ineligible after I paid 4 loans back in full and nothing had changed about my business except that we were making more sales!  I hope you get in touch with them because it took them 3 years to reply to the email that they sent me telling me I was ineligible and to reply to that email with any questions.  I replied and it took them 3+ years to get back to me!  Good luck!

3 years!!! Yep I’ve definitely given up now lol it’s crazy I’ve paid off all of mine too

I've been talking to the capital dept. and apparently now lending, denials, etc. is all automated which is crazy because apparently when I was denied it was due to a manual review of my account!

Anyways, they sent me an email on Monday which was very vague and really didn't give me much information at all.

How crazy is that being automatic will not work for anyone. I’ve spoken to a few people and it’s seems like we’re all struggling with it. Loads of people have gone eles where shopify caprital just isn’t what it use to be. I suppose they have ran out of money to lend. It was such an amazing service too it’s sad to see it drop like this. Fingers crossed something comes up for you.

Thank you so much, I hope the same for you.  Do you know where others are transferring to now?  Shopify is getting pretty pricey with all the apps, etc., not to mention the live chat customer service is not good 😞

Is there an email address to talk to them? My eligibility review has blown by and nothing this time. Not even a message to say you are not eligible. Kind of defeats the purpose of saying you will get eligibility review at a certain point. Better to say nothing.
