Hey, I opened a shopify account with intention of running a store however could not find the time to do so, I was planning on canceling the subscription before the next billing date however I forgot to do so. Immediatly upon realising I was billed, I closed the store and cancelled the subscription however I was wondering whether it is possible to request a refund regarding the most recent monthly bill?
