Hi all,

 

I have just noticed that when i add items to cart and then click on cart, the subtotal displays as $0. When you go across to checkout page, it corrects to the right amount but not at the cart page. This problem only happens on mobile and not desktop.

Any help would be great thanks.

Have you tried reaching out to the support team of the app you're using in your product page? There's a likelihood the issue caused by their app so it's a good idea to have it checked. If everything is fine on their end and you're using a Shopify theme, feel free to create a support ticket by visiting our Help Center and our support team will be happy to investigate. If you're using a third-party theme, reaching out to a Shopify Expert would be your next best step.
