Hello, 

 

I am inquiring here about my funds being literally lost in shopify payments system, about a month ago I had my funds transferred to a closed account (around 4,430€ which is likely around $4,800), the funds were received in the account but after two days reverted back to shopify payment aka PayPal. I've contacted the shopify support and given them all the details to locate them as well as the references and IBAN (bank account number) the bank has sent them to, however the Shopify support after weeks of waiting tells me my funds are not found and are asking me to chat with the bank as they may have more information.

 

I literally don't understand, they're just wasting my time, they clearly received my money, yet they don't want to give them to me.

 

Were talking about 4 transactions in total sent at the same time, provided with the references as well which literally can help them locate them!

 

anyone has an idea on how to get this sorted? 

I don't want to involve my lawyer for small amount like this but if it depends on it then I will do it.

 

The support is not answering for 5+ days now.
