Sync shipping rate from app to google shopping

Hi everyone, i am new to shopify, this is my first time starting a store too. I found a supplier and they have a app (sofortig) on shopify, after i installed and sync products and shipping rates from the app to shopify everything work well, only thats when i installed google shopping and sync shipping rates to google merchant through shopify it look like it can't go through and i have an error message saying there is an issue with shipping rate. Is there anyone know how to fix this? The supplier use carrier services. Thanks guys

Shipping rates from 3rd parties in Shopify can not be imported to Google Merchant Center.

You need to either manually set your shipping prices in Google Merchant Center to be the same or an overestimate.
