Test launch - "Some items in your cart don’t ship to your location"

Hi everyone,

I've just completed building my site and i'm ready to go live. Unfortunately when trying to run through a test purchase I was met with the "Some items in your cart don’t ship to your location" error. I've researched previous posts and it always appears to be about weight, however, this is for domestic shipping and we have setup standard shipping rates for all order - not based on weight. 

Could you please advise if there are any troubleshooting steps we should take?
