I am using the Bogus Shopping test facility and although the order goes through fine I'm not getting the expected confirmation email that the customer should receive. In orders it states the email was sent and even if you hit RESEND it does not go through. I've tested a few email addresses and no change, trash and Spam checked.
Are the automated emails a part of the order testing or not, I can't find any information to say yes or no. If they are which I would expect why am I not receiving the emails. Using Gmail.
