This is a serious issue for me; it is not about the amount of money, but the system is wrongly charged. My parents keep asking me for this and giving me pressure. I contacted the billing team, but the one charged never replied to me. This has been going on for 2 weeks, but there has been no reply and no fix.

 

On Sep 2, I selected the annual billing plan for 1 year. It accidentally charged me 0.67 USD of the subscription fee, but it is not supposed to be charged because I am still in my trial month (1 USD per month From 12 Aug to 11 Sep). When I selected the annual billing plan advance, it charged me 0.67 USD. So I contacted the support team to help me fix the issue (3 times) and all of them noticed the issue and passed this to the billing team for this problem.

This is XX from the Shopify Billing team. John escalated your plan query up to us so we can take a look. 


When I go into your Settings > Plan section of your admin, it shows that you are on the Basic Monthly plan for the trial offer of a dollar per month:

 


It does not look like you are on the annual plan, but if you would like to switch, you will want to select Change Plan at the top right, select the Basic Plan and then switch the annual tab below:

XX, I think you still don't understand the question.... This is not about the plan 1 or 300 USD , is about the 0.67. CAN you please kindly see my question? Thank you

1) My billing shows a 0.67 USD; this is the only reason I reached out to the team; I know actually that I am in my trial month, so it is $1 USD charged this month.

2) Let me clarify one more time with you: THE 300 USD is a pre-registered annual payment from my side; it will show AND ONLY will show after this trial month finished.

3) The 0.67 is a discharged fee; on 3rd Sep 2024, I do the pre-registered annual payment. All your team members have already confirm with it, but you are refused to talk about this 0.67.

4) I only want this issue to be properly handled, not the way you told me at first; your answer did not understand my issue, and you tried to give me some random answer to finish your work. IF you take a look seriously, you can understand I am asking for the 0.67 USD not the billing plan

I am desperately asking for help, this biling team member never really trying to solve my problem and I am now in urgent for this. If I can't explain it , I am no longer available to use shopify.
