Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I preorder the chosen season 4 DVD with extra for fast shipping 3/20/24 and have not heard from them yet.

When you placed your order, you should of received an order confirmation email. If you reply to that email, it should - in theory - go to the owner of the store's inbox. If they don't reply to you within 48 hours, and it's been multiple weeks since the order should of been delivered, then you'd want to reach out to your bank or credit card company to initiate a chargeback (to get your money back).
