Hello,

I have set up the Shipping and Delivery to allow Free Delivery over a specific Bill Value. But on testing the Checkout, the Free Shipping is not enabled, and the Shipping Rate is automatically applied. Thank You!

It's great that you're offering a free shipping option to customers as a reward for spending a certain amount, and I want to help you ensure that this offer is showing up at checkout.

 

If the free shipping rate applies to the same shipping zone and in the same shipping profile as the paid rates that are coming up at checkout, they should technically all appear together. For example, if you offer free shipping over $100, the free shipping rate should appear first, followed by any paid rates that apply to that order value.

 

Here are some considerations to help us determine why the free shipping rate isn't appearing at checkout:

  • Are there multiple shipping zones or shipping profiles under Settings > Shipping and delivery?
  • Does the free shipping rate appear in the same shipping zone or profile as the paid rates?
  • Is there a maximum order value on the free shipping rate, or just a minimum?
