Hello, I have a problem here, there’s a banner that says: 

The name on your account could not be verified. Please check that you have provided your full legal name and a valid photo ID matching that name.

But, my account name is different to the name on my ID, I’ve tried making new accounts on shopify, nothing. I can’t change my account name to my ID name and I can’t receive payments now

The account holder name should exactly match the name on the ID. A similar question was answered by Shopify staff here

Generally, it's best to reach out to Shopify merchant support with this question via email, as they would be able to look into the account.
