The other way around: buyer ships item to seller for service - how to?

Hi, I have an interesting situation for which there seems to be no solution (yet);

I sell a service, which requires my customers to send their own product to my address. The customers own an item which I offer to 'prep' if they send it to me.

For this, I will need my customers to receive a shipping label to my address when they order.

Normally, the client orders something from your store and you, the seller, receive a shipping label with their information.

In this case, I need it to be the other way around: I need clients to receive my address, so they can send me their item.

I reached out to Sendcloud and they were unable to assist in this process, unfortunately. I'm unsure if this is at all possible; hopefully one of you has an idea about this.
