I've set the store and launched it. After the first day, I watched the analytics and it shows 11 abandoned checkouts.
Because of this, I tried to make a purchase by myself and Shopify payments didn't permit me to pay. It says "the payment can't be elaborated at the moment, please try again in a few minutes" and then it continue to not work.
I contacted the Shopify support via mail, no answer. I called them, but the operator wasn't able to solve me the problem. This happens only with credit and debit card, with Paypal the payments work well.
Everyone has ever faced this problem? Does anyone have an idea on how to solve it?
After days creating the store, now I'm not able to launch it and it is so frustrating😞
Thanks for your message, I would be happy to point you in the right direction for this. This is not something our friendly community members would be able to help you out with directly, for any account-specific requests (billing queries, etc) we will need to authenticate your account through our Help Center to assist. You mentioned trying to email us and schedule a callback with us, but had no luck, have you tried our 24/7 chat support? If not, this is what I would recommend to you so you can have an advisor take a look with you. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
