Hello, ive been facing a problem trying to checkout to paying for the product on my shopify store for days. Ive already tried the following.

  1. Checked my Internet Connection.
  2.  Make sure that my shipping and payment settings are correct and up-to-date.
  3. Made sure that my payment provider is active

Hoping that someone helps me out, I don't know what to do anymore.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

 

I understand that you are running into a few issues when processing payments for your store. Firstly, I suggest reviewing your abandoned orders to view the payment events to help determine why the order was not able to be processed. You can do so by navigating to Orders > Abandoned Orders and selecting an order. 

 

You can also use this guide to check the Test Mode feature and try simulating the transaction once more. If you are still having issues, you can reach out directly to Paystack as they will be able to take a closer look at the issue. 

 

Since it seems like you're still in the process of setting up your store, I suggest viewing The General Checklist as it’s great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up.  You can go through the check list and be confident that you have a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.
