Hello,

 

I got 2 sites and after I try to make a order on any of them I get the same error "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method."

 

How can I resolve this issue? I can't make any sales like this.

 

I am using Shopify Payments

If you're using Shopify Payments, then we'd recommend reviewing our guide on Shopify Payments to make sure that you're eligible to use our payment gateway and to learn more about the information requirements for Shopify Payments. That being said, are you seeing a banner in the Shopify admin asking you to upload some business information or documentations?

 

If you don't see a banner in the Shopify admin, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to get a closer look at the issue.
