my country isn't supported by shopify payments and the credit card i'm using isn't listed.
can i add the company i'm using or an i bound only to the one's on the drop down list?
if the company can be added, can someone pls explain to me how it can be done?

It would only be possible to use the payment gateways which have been made available for integration in your region currently.
You can see your options in this regard in your settings > payments menu in your admin, or if you can confirm here where your store is based we can provide a link to a full list you can browse.
