I need step-by-step procedures for resolving third-party failed payments on ONERWAY in my store, located in Morocco, despite it indicating "active." Additionally, I need assistance in addressing static shipping issues for my store. I utilize multiple shipping sources, and in certain countries, shipping costs can be quite high. Therefore, I am looking to dynamically incorporate the shipping rates from the sources, which I monitor through a third-party app like Zopi-Ali Express.

To enable carrier-calculated rates at checkout for shipping, you'll need to activate Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) on your Shopify plan.

 

Depending on the carrier you use for shipping, you should look for an app that seamlessly integrates with your chosen carrier.

Hello, I am still using basic plan. Is their a work around about that ? Since I know a friend who got Shipping rates calculated for him in basic plan too.

As for the payment, is there a fix for that ?

Hi @saiyanflex ,

 

You can configure weight- or price-based rates using Shopify Flat Rate in the basic plan.

 

I'm not sure about the payment query.

By a work-around, I meant like some free Shopify apps since I heard people using those to have an accurate shipping rate and delivery time ?

Hello @saiyanflex ,

 

No. You require a higher plan with CCS enabled for anything else other than Shopify flat rate shipping.

But some apps offer the possibility to provide shipping rates by postal code / country aren't they accurate ?

Regardless of the app you are using, CCS is required. Please contact Shopify or the respective app developer to confirm the same.
