Third party shipping rates not displaying

Third party shipping rates not displaying

Hi,

My shop has stopped showing rates from Interparcel and Easyship - third-party calculated rates plugins. Nothing has been changed on the shop for months, but two weeks again they stopped showing auto-calculated rates.

Shopify support is next to useless and these third-party companies have no ideas.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and has a fix?

The wheel to calculate doesn't seem to spin and straight away shows the following text saying it cannot be delivered to their address.

Hi @kingsk23,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the third-party calculated rates plugins on your Shopify shop. While I can't provide a specific solution, I can offer some general suggestions to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Start by clearing the cache on your browser and your website. Sometimes cached data can interfere with the proper functioning of plugins. Ensure that you have the latest versions of the Interparcel and Easyship plugins installed on your Shopify.

Additionally, try accessing your shop using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to one browser or device. If the issue persists and you're unable to find a solution, consider exploring alternative third-party calculated rates apps like the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app that is compatible with your Shopify store.

I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out for further queries!

I've tried multiple browsers as have my customers and the plugin providers. It does not recognise new plugins when I install them. How do you clear the website cache in shopify?

@kingsk23 Open your shop's front end in an incognito or private browsing window. This mode typically bypasses the cache and fetches the latest version of the website. Also if you're using a temporary domain for your shop, consider setting up a custom domain. Sometimes, temporary domains can cause caching issues.
