It looks like your customer is experiencing an issue when attempting to checkout. This could be caused by various factors so I'd like to learn more. Is this issue occurring for all customers? When did you notice the change?
If it is only occurring to a few customers, have them try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. If it is happening to all your customers, then it could be caused by a theme coding issue. Kindly send me your store URL so I may take a look on my end.
