I setup my shipping Zones and Rates last week and everything was working. For no reason, nothing on the site changed, the shipping is giving the following error:

Hi @Moira,

 

I'm having the same issue with my store....we haven't changed anything in months and then all of a sudden this afternoon, our customers couldn't get past this shipping error.  

 

It has NOT been resolved yet, as customers are still getting that error.  The only workaround is for them to hit refresh on the shipping page, and that seems to fix things temporarily.  So that leads me to believe that your resolution hasn't yet propagated to all your servers.  Let's keep an eye on this tomorrow, and if it hasn't been resolved, let's make it a high priority (since we're losing sales because of it!).  Thank you!

We too are having same issue with only workaround is refresh button.

We been having this issue since April 24th.  Called, complained, chated, complained, asked to speak to a supervisor... Nothing.   Haven't touched our shipping section in over a year.  WTF.... Been with Shopify for 10 years now and getting so tired of their BS!

I believe I have an answer -- for what's occurring on my site, at least.

 

I recently began using the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to manage a special group of users that get discounted pricing on our products. They informed me that  they recently noticed a new Shopify update that made Wholesale Pricing Discount a Sales Channel, despite them never applying to be a sales channel and this may be the cause of some conflict in my store.

 

To fix it, they had me update the Sales Channel for all products. I had to bulk edit them and TURN ON the "Wholesale Pricing Discount" sales channel. 

 

In the meantime, they are working with Shopify to figure out how to resolve the issue.
