Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Error message when customers try to finish and pay for their order:
'This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.'
I haven't changed any of the shipping rates, fulfilment location, item weight (weight-based shipping), shipping zone or item selection from when it was working before.
I have tried different addresses as well as different items to test and all have the same error message.
I have pre-order and frequently bought together apps on the shop, but they were never an issue before.

This is strange, and it's great that you've done so much troubleshooting yourself in advance.
It sounds like you've tested all shipping settings, and experimented with differing buyer locations, so my question is: have you updated or changed anything when it comes to your products? Did you update them using a CSV at all?
Have you made any code edits to your store or added any other apps recently (however unconnected they may seem to be)?
It might be helpful for me to see your shipping settings if you feel comfortable sharing a screenshot with me. Could you also please link me to the store itself?
