Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, all my store´s payment methods have been removed except for paypal. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? A red screen appears on my account saying I should upgrade them. Attaching screenshot below:

I had a look around online to see if I could find any resources relating to the third-party payment options listed in that screenshot.
I did manage to find this support doc from Mollie outlining how to update/install their payment app you can check out.
We're not experts in third-party gateway integrations ourselves here at Shopify, as these are created and maintained by the gateway providers themselves.
Not to worry though, as you should be able to reach out to Mollie support here with any questions.
If you're happy to confirm where in the world your store is based, I can share a list of all payment gateway providers available there if you'd like to consider your options.
