When did you first start noticing this? Was your checkout working previously?
Which payment provider or payment gateway are you using to accept payments?
Which Shopify subscription/plan are you currently using?
There are a few different reasons this could be happening so it's difficult to say exactly what's causing this without more information. For example, this could be caused by the plan you're using. It could also be caused by the specific payment gateway you're using or the way it's set up. Once I have more information I can investigate this further and suggest more to resolve it.
