Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
"This store can’t accept payments right now." - this is the message I am getting during the final payment on my store. Will you please explain why this has been happening? And how it can be resolved, I need to do this as soon as possible. Because I have done all the setup for my new online Drop Shipping Shopify except this payment issue. I am not able to resolve it on my own, I need your support.
Thank you in advance
Hi @Wetbedled,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you seeing a banner within your Shopify admin regarding your payments?
If you're using Shopify Payments, this may be why you're seeing that error. It is typical for merchants like yourself, to undergo a standard review when using Shopify Payments. While I can completely understand the impact, it is to help ensure the safety of both you and the platform.
To confirm this however, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look into the error, as we don't have access to any account specific information through the Community. They will be able to share more information with you on how to proceed to ensure this gets resolved.
The connect with us, you can:
Head over to our Help Center.
Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
Log into your shop.
Select one of the available support options.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
