I got a failed payout on my terminated account on 31st December. Thereafter, i have tried contacting support to allow me add a new bank profile to my account without much success. 

Please allow me add a new bank so that a new payout can be reattempted.

Its over 6 months since my account was terminated, yet you indicated that payout would be held for 120 days. I have been reaching out to support all time without help. My money is now help over 180 days. Am not sure how i will get help
