Tiktok Free Shipping and Charging Shipping On Website?

I offer free shipping on my products within TikTok Shop.  I want to charge for Shipping on orders that are purchased directly on my website. IE. Having customers pay Shipping who come directly to website via Facebook or Google. 

How would I set this up within Shopify?
