Does anyone have any advice of how to ship TikTok shop orders with autods ? My orders are coming to my Shopify with customer contact information hidden and I can’t fulfill my orders

Have you set up the app necessary to process your sales in TikTok Shop, such as Aftership Feed?    I highly recommend you watch all videos regarding setting up your TikTok Shop.  It is very tedious and nothing like the other sales channels Shopify offers.  Also, if you ever choose to remove TikTok Shop, do the same.  You cannot just remove the TikTik app and any app associated with it.  You just publish a notice of closure, wait 30 days to close, etc.
