Transaction Fees for India Site

Hi - 

I did read in the forums that transaction fees for Shopify of 2% for Basic plan and transaction of payment gateway would be applicable for India site. 

But when I select Third Party payment providers and select PayU Money or Cashfree, I do see Transaction fee = 0% . Does that mean now only Payment gateway fees is applicable and no Shopify transaction fees? 

Can you please confirm? I have built my site and now it is only about fulfillment and payment.
