Trouble with Identity Verification

Just set up a clothing store on Shopify. Trying to add payment details and they need all kinds of info including my ssn. The problem is that it keeps saying that they couldn’t verify my identity and say my ssn is incorrect when I have put it in like four times very carefully. Additionally, I submitted my drivers license. Please help!
