Trying a test order and it keeps saying their address is invalid

Im in testing orders about to go live and i managed one test order no problem and everyother one is now saying address invalid. I have read some previous posts about address issues but i cant see any answers how to fix it. 

 

Help!  I need to make sure this is resolved before it happens for real

Thank you so much for sharing your question with our network. I understand that you were able to complete a test order successfully, however, the rest are producing an invalid address error.

 

To help me gain more context and to better guide you, can you answer the following questions:

  • Does the successful test order and failed one/s use the same region?
  • Can you provide me with an example of a failed address if you're comfortable doing so? Please keep in mind this is a public space and your reply will be visible to other users.
  • I assume this is happening during the shipping portion of checkout, as opposed to billing? Can you show me a screenshot of this error?

Typically these issues can be addressed by using an address validator through google or shipping carriers such as UPS - have you tried plugging in the address/es there to ensure our system is able to read it?

 

Alternatively, it could be your current shipping settings causing this. Make sure to also give me an example of your current settings to help narrow down the issue.
