I have had this site for 2 years now and stop using shortly after i set it up so i've been paying $29 a month plus $15 a year for a site i dont use. There is a balance on the site but my bank info has change i've message shopify and they keep asking me for info but they keep keep asking for the same stuff what do i do here. and i forgot how i even got to the chat shopifty disabled phone support and there "24/7 help center" to chat with someone is hard to find on there site it just sends you in circles.
