Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I received notification from USPS about a package being delivered from a Shopify merchant. Package was not received and tracking does not show what merchant sent it. Issues they're a way too find out who sent the package still I can contact them?

If you are not expecting any package, it is your choice if you want to receive the parcel. The courier will be able to return the package to the sender if it was not received or delivered.
I'm not sure if it a package I was expecting or not. I order a lot on line and sometimes things are preordered and are shipped when they become available. The issue is USPS shows it was delivered but I did not receive it ands I can't tell which merchant sent it as tracking just says Shopify. I want to see if there is a way to track down the merchant based on the tracking number generated. USPS had been no help
