Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I've set up a custom shipping confirmation flow in Klaviyo that includes the tracking number, and it will be triggered once an order is fulfilled. However, Shopify is still sending its default shipping confirmation email, so customers are receiving two notifications with tracking details.
I’d like to disable Shopify’s default shipping confirmation email so only the Klaviyo version is sent — while still ensuring that order fulfilment and tracking details are passed to Klaviyo correctly.
I am not using Shopify Plus, and there is no toggle for this notification.
Could you please advise how to switch off Shopify’s shipping confirmation email while keeping the data flow intact?
