Two-tiered pickup?

I was wondering if it is possible to offer two tiers of pickup for my Shopify web-store?

I would like to offer customers the option to make a purchase online and then collect the item(s) in-store (i.e. in-store pickup), or the option to make a purchase online and (for a small additional fee), collect the items outside (i.e. curbside pickup).

Is this an option possible via a Shopify app?

I'm not sure if Shopify includes everything you mentioned natively. But, if you need an alternative solution, our app Store Pickup + Delivery allows you to set up store pickup, local delivery, and shipping. 

For store pickup, you can create locations where customers can pick up their orders (in-store pickup) as well as additional locations where customers can pick up their orders for a fee. There are many possible configurations.
