UK PAYG Fulfillment Centre?

We are using a Milton keynes based fulfillment centre for the last few months, this last week we have had a nightmare with them sending damaged goods, completely screwing up our stock and spent all today wasted trying to correct the mess with them, its time for a move, anyone have any recomendations for a decent reliable centre that is geared up or smaller stores, james and james wont touch us until we are sending 100s of orders a week...
