Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all,
I have a client who recently acquired a dormant Shopify store and setting everything up again.
She's unable to add or manage Shopify Payments to her checkout. Only PayPal.
The "Manage" button is greyed out for her even though she has verified her business already (able to add bank account).
She was able to add Stripe and other third party providers, but would prefer to use Shopify Payments.
I've spoken to customer support, but they've asked for her to contact the team directly. So far it's been more than a week to no avail.
I checked out my old store and through a development store, both were able to click on the "Manage" buttons.
(See first screenshot for my old store.)
Has anyone experienced and solved this before?
Thanks!
