Unable to add Payment Bank Account

I just signed up on a plan and is setting up my first store. When I try to add a bank account to receive payouts, it keeps showing the screen to turn on 2FA. 2FA is already enabled. 

 

Things I've tried but still have the same issue.

  • Clearing cache
  • Starting a new incognito browser
  • Trying a different browser (using Chrome, switched to Edge)

 

I've opened a ticket and it's about over 12 hours and still haven't heard. I searched the Community and it seems to be a recurring problem.

Thanks Shay. I've had a ticket opened for over 20 hours now. Was hoping this will be resolved faster. I tried using a mobile phone as well and same thing. I get on an endless loop of refreshing the page.

Support via chat opened a ticket for me over a day ago, how do I follow up on the status? I’ve been posting on the same chat log but no response and the isssue is still there. A user posted that they have been contacted that the issue is resolved but mine is still ongoing. Still unable to add a bank account.

Have you gotten a response? I opened a ticket 23 hours ago and still haven't gotten anything, just making sure that I will actually get a response at some point
