Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify Community,
I’m trying to fulfill my very first order, but I’ve run into an issue when trying to purchase shipping labels. I received the following message:
“We’re currently reviewing your account. If the issue is not resolved within 2 business days, please contact ([email protected]).”
I contacted them as instructed, but I haven’t heard back yet. There doesn’t seem to be any clear reason for the review, and my account details appear correct. I'm eager to ship this order and would appreciate any advice or help in getting this issue resolved.

I have seen similar queries in the community where store owners are unable to purchase labels as their account is under review by Shopify.
Since control over this situation lies solely with Shopify, there isn’t much you can do until they resume your account.

Just had this happen, in between shipments. No idea why. No reply from support other than a ticket number. Boooo Shopify.
You’re going to have to wait, unfortunately. It took me about 80 hours or so for them to unlock it. No real help on my end either—only one person replied and told me to wait for 48 hours, but it's already been over that. I’d suggest using a third-party shipping site if you can. Nothing much you can do at the moment, and personally, I’m not a big fan of this either.
