Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I am using print on demand integration app. I was testing a few orders recently and I am unable to cancel orders in Shopify.
I see the order, when I click on cancel order, and select the reason it just gives "server error" and keeps the order open under the status "paid" "fulfillment in process".
I tried also to cancel the order in POD dashboard - which was successful, so now with the POD provider the order is listed as "canceled", but in the Shopify order overview it still shows as active.
Any help is appreciated.
