Unable to contact supplier

Ipurchased a vinyl record player from a supplier that was using your platform. Every time I try to press on the tracking link, it’s showing me that the website is not available. I can’t get in touch with the supplier as their website isn’t opening. I want to check if they are still using your platform to sell.
