Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I have been unable to fulfil any orders for the past week. Initially, I thought it was a broken link which I updated but I've since realised that the orders are still not being fulfilled.
I just spoke with Royal Mail, they said that since a Shopify update last week, they have been experiencing issues. They said I needed to make sure that the name or the store location matched exactly the Shopify location for them to be able to connect. I have checked this but they are already the same.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Same issue. For the last couple of weeks orders import to C&D but when marked as Despatched they don’t feed back to Shopify to mark order as fulfilled and as tracking. We’re having to do that manually.
Have you tried to contact anybody? We’re having the same issue.
I fixed it myself - although I'm unsure why. I spoke with Royal Mail but they were unable to help so I deleted and reinstalled the royal mail app on our Shopify store. After about 30 minutes - it started fulfilling and pulling orders through again.
Hopefully, this will work for you both.
Did you leave the app deleted for a while? I deleted but reinstalled straight away and still having the same problem. They’re not even showing as despatched on click and drop site.

We have three websites via Shopify and have incurred the same issue. Shopify's advice was to check the forums as they did not have a solution which is very poor. I was then advised to pay for a SHOPIFY expert to look into it for me. We have used the click and drop function since 2021 and will now have to use an alternative shipper until this can be resolved.
Any updates on this? I am having the same problem. I have deleted the app a bunch of times but it's not fixing itself.
