Unable to get money in my bank from Shopify

Hi,

I made a new store and its been 2 months, I got some orders but still I didn't get the money in my bank account whereas I've added Razorpay in setting > Payments and also activated Paypal and I am from India. and when I go to orders and click on capture payments then nothing happens as I am a newbie so please guide me on this from starting and also let me know when will I get the money in my bank?

That is a great question! Typically, the payout date will be determined by the payment gateway that is being used. With that being said, I believe it would be best to allow us to take a further look into your online store to advise next steps. When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
