Unable to load payment app

• Good day...I'm from South Africa and have a online store to sell general products internationally. The problem is that I'm unable to install a app to receive payments. Most of the apps are unavailable and those that are available I can't seem to complete the sign up process...any advice

When you say apps, do you mean payment providers as listed here on this page at the bottom?

Can you tell me more about the issue with the sign-up process, what problems are you running into?
