Unable to pay shopify bill despite having enough money

Currently, I am in Canada, on the $30.45CAD/month shopify plan.  I have enough to pay this bill, and have had enough since august 14th, when the bill was originally presented to me.  However, this payment continues to fail, and my store will soon be frozen.  I have updated my payment, ensuring that all of my details were correct, yet I still am unable to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify's merchant/billing team. They should assist you with the issue!
