Unable to print shipping labels from either web and mobil

Hello I am unable to print shipping labels on either my computer or from the app - this is silly and needs to be resolved now. I have already emailed the suggested email and have heard nothing.

To use Shopify Shipping to process the shipment, you need to contact Shopify as mentioned in the message; there is no other way.

If you have your own account with the carrier, then you may use an app like the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app to process the shipment using your own carrier account.
