Hi, We have a customer who paid with "KLARNA pay now", the money has been deducted from her bankaccount but she got an error message in German.
With us in "abandoned checkouts" it says "Unable to process a payment for SEK 1,592 on Pay now with Klarna. Is the fault with you or with klarna?

If the store's Klarna payment method is a local payment method within Shopify Payments (i.e. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/local-payment-methods/klarna), support is handled by Shopify, and you can get direct support from Shopify via your Shopify account.
If the Klarna payment method is an alternative payment method (not within Shopify Payments), support is provided by Klarna, available at: https://klarna.com/merchant-support
