Unable to purchase labels tonight. Dead in the water on fullfillment right now

Hi, 

 

Im unable to purchase USPS shipping labels on any of my orders.

These are the errors on the screen:

At the top:

1 shipping label couldn’t be purchased.

Fix the errors for each order and try again.
items: expected Array to be a Hash.
On the side:
Can’t get rates for 1 shipping label.
 
Any advice to remedy would be great.  I'm dead in the water on fulfillment right now.

We did have an issue earlier with labels being purchased, but I'm happy to say that this has now been resolved. If you're ever concerned in future around anything that's not working, jump ono our support status page for more info. You can find it at shopifystatus.com. When you're there, simply log in, and we'll display any issues that may be affecting your store.

I’m having this same issue .. I’ve cleared cache , tried different web browsers and computers, iPads etc. still gives me the message that my shop cannot purchase shipping labels

Did you resolve the issue with shipping labels?

 

We opened in December and have shipped a pile of orders, but then had this problem come up on 1 specific order, and had to find a work around to get it out the door.  I anticipate the problem will come up again and want to know what we can do to solve rather than work through stamps.com, etc...

No solution that worked from Shopify support.  We had to use Stamps.com for the order.

 

For us, it was a single address in the UK that was giving problems, not all labels.  We have processed over a dozen since

I am trying to print shippings labels since yesterday but something is not working.

I am getting this message almost every time:

Miles.  Your reply is inaccurate.  This is an ongoing problem that remains current: Shopify's postage purchasing system is malfunctioning at present.

Are we all talking about this problem??? I have been using this platform for over a year with no problems and now today we are getting this when we try to purchase a shipping label. Is anyone on this? Is there a fix?

Just went to fulfill my VERY FIRST ORDER EVER today in my shop and I got the same exact error. Not the start I was hoping to have! I even hired a freelancer to try and help me through this process and she is having the issue as well. There is no mention of any issues when you go to Shopify's status page. Seems like a lot of folks in recent days are having the same issue and there is quite a long history of others experiencing this over the past year as well which doesn't make me feel very confident. Chose ShopifyShipping over other third parties for the sole purpose of making this process as seamless as possible.

Obviously if you allow human beings to purchase varying quantities to the same goal and guide you may need an app, or must manually song when to meet the order.

I tried it out, added the brand for my complete product. It works properly. But does it robotically work after I have a brand new product?

2 years later... I just started a new shopify store and received my first order, and this is the exact same message that I received. Is there a fix for this?
