Unable to resolve all outstanding invoices and not sure why

Hi, my platform was recently suspended because I missed some bill payments.

Now that I have enough credit on the credit card that's linked to my subscription, I am still unable to pay off the invoice to put my platform back online.

it keeps saying ''Unable to resolve all outstanding invoices with the selected payment method. Please try again or use a different payment account or method.

The amount I need to pay off on this invoice is 312$ and just have enough free credit to pay it in full and yet it doesn't let me.
