Unable to submit materials, and no one responded to customer service for a long time.

When using Shopify Payment, I was suddenly prompted for verification information and then submitted the error twice. Finally, it prompted that the materials could not be submitted and asked us to contact the support team.

I contacted the support team to remind me that I have upgraded, but it has been a long time. No one from customer service responded and said that I had to wait. I have been waiting for a long time.

What to do now, no one has contacted us.
