Unable to take out a subscription with PayPal.

I am unable to purchase a basic $29 subscription. I am shown payment not processed when I want to start the package. I would like to know what is going on...

Hey, @lolita-57 ! I'm sorry to hear that. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to pay for your subscription fees?

It would also be a good idea if you could check your PayPal account to make sure there are enough funds in the account in order to make the payment, just in case insufficient funds is the issue here! This is a common issue we see, so it's a good idea to rule that out as a troubleshooting step.
